Posted on 22 December 2021
Pacy & Wheatley are pleased to report that we are nearing completion on the professional interior fit-out services for Center Parcs' new pancake house, which is being carried out as part of our ongoing construction services for the park in Suffolk.
Pacy & Wheatley submitted a bid for this project and was awarded the contract in late September of this year. The construction project began on Monday, October 4th, and is expected to be completed in early January. We are now on the verge of completing the complete stripping out of the works, both internally and partially from the outside. All of the work is progressing according to plan, and we anticipate delivering a sparkling new Pancake House to the client very early in the new year, weather permitting. Up to this point, the site has been extremely professionally managed, with high standards of health and safety being maintained throughout the project, with specific emphasis being paid to ensuring Covid – 19 criteria are strictly followed, which has resulted in zero accidents so far.
With all of the previous projects having been completed to the highest standards, we have ensured that this project has been led and completed with the highest standards of health and safety being maintained throughout the project with special attention being paid to ensuring Covid – 19 guidelines are being adhered to.
This project is going to provide a solution that will lead to a significantly larger and brighter Pancake House to accommodate the large number of guests who wish to take advantage of this great restaurant.
