The Project

Pacy & Wheatley Interiors have completed an interior refurbishment in Hampshire. The project involved the joinery installation package to the M&S food hall in Ferndown, Hampshire.

We were approached very late in the day by Wates Retail, the project management company working for M&S on this project as they had been let down by another company. We acted swiftly and put resources in place to be able to carry out the project.

The works involved the installation of various door sets, to prepare new walls and the fitting of a new kitchen into the staff facilities, along with the cladding of various columns within the store. We also were instructed to install all free issue products such as fire extinguishers, mirrors, first aid boxes and notice boards along with some external signage works.

The Solution

This was a brand new store and as such was a basic fit out for us. However, we were on hand at the end of the project to carry out all the small items of installation, which resulted in a brand new store opening on time and to budget.

The Client has confirmed they are highly delighted with the finished product, we have also advised that there are further stores to open later this year and that we will be involved with the fitting out of their other stores.
