Mates in Mind are a charity raising awareness, addressing the stigma of poor mental health, and improving mental wellbeing within the UK construction industry. A huge part of our company philosophy is looking after the health and wellbeing of our team. This initiative helps us take an important step towards breaking the silence and stigma surrounding mental wellbeing in society, and in the construction industry in particular. We’re delighted to be part of such a great cause, and proud to be taking steps to improve awareness and mental health and wellbeing within our company.
