Project Description
Following the successful renovation works Pacy & Wheatley Interiors completed last year at Fulford School, E3cube approached us with the offer to negotiate and complete Phase 2 of the refurbishment works to the remaining half of the school.
The work consists of the removal of asbestos by HSE guidelines, the installation of new laminate fire door sets, the connection of new Paxton Access Control closers, and the provision of complete BM TRADA certification. Due to the lack of fire stopping, we have conducted a full survey to determine the extent of the fire compartment remedial works that must be completed in various areas of the school. All work areas will be finished with new decorations to all walls and a new suspended ceiling, ensuring a fresh, clean environment when staff and pupils return after the holidays.
