Specialist shopfitting contractors Pacy and Wheatley Interiors completes project for a new purpose-built Magnet Kitchens showroom in Inverness.
Pacy and Wheatley Interiors has recently completed a new retail park showroom project for The Magnet Group valued at £230,000. The works involved the installation of a dividing Jumbo stud wall to separate the warehouse, retail, and trade showrooms. There was also a requirement to include back of house facilities such as wash areas and disability access.
During their tender process to find suitable shopfitting contractors in Inverness, The Magnet Group had large-scale plans and a need for a team that could offer high levels of communication and design experience. The building was just an empty shell when Pacy and Wheatley Interiors was commissioned to fit out the whole store. This process included fully decorating both the interior and exterior, and even the fitting of a new air conditioning system.
Due to the intricate and demanding design of these stores, a high level of communication was needed. There were regular meetings to ensure clarity between the many contractors and trades involved, and health and safety were carefully monitored to ensure that no accidents took place. Though logistically challenging and with high expectations from The Magnet Group, Pacy and Wheatley were able to fully satisfy the client by finishing the project to a high standard, on time, and within the allotted budget.
