Project Description
Pacy & Wheatley Interiors are excited to announce that we have secured a large healthcare fit out project in London for Higgins Partnership as part of their Garratt Collection in Wandsworth, London. This contains the replacement of Brocklebank Healthcare Centre with a new large medical centre on the corner of Swaffield Road and Garratt Lane.
The project is to fit out a 3-story new build within 24 weeks, which consists of various rooms such as GP space, Dentist exam rooms, and X-ray rooms. Our works include the full package of ceilings and partitions, electrical, mechanical, flooring, installation and certification of fire doors, bespoke joinery and seating and completing each room with decoration and FFE to the NHS specification.
After the hard work of our commercial and estimating team, we are delighted to have been awarded this project and to work alongside a new client for Pacy & Wheatley.
