The Project
Pacy & Wheatley have recently completed the interior fit-out to the laboratories at GAMA Healthcare in Halifax. We worked closely with the appointed Architect and site Management as many elements of the fit-out required input and advice from P&W. This was a new client, so as such, a lot of what we did needed careful planning and vast communication. The works consisted of new offices and laboratories being formed within the existing building. New lighting, new flooring, new soundproof walls, ceilings, decoration and upgraded electrical lighting have been installed

The Challenge
The main challenge has been working within the live environment of GAMA, Measures were put in place to ensure everything is handled carefully, making sure all noise is kept to a minimum for the staff inside.
As a Considerate Contractor, all plant and machinery used and site noise will be kept to a minimum, with the assurance that any loud activities will be properly planned and managed to ensure minimum disturbance to all.
