The Project
Pacy & Wheatley have recently completed the interior fit out of an existing office building to a new Newmedica Eye Health Clinic in Newcastle. The works included the demolition of the existing office layout and the building of new partitions, ceilings, floor finishes and fixtures. Fittings and equipment were installed to form the Theatre, Post Op and Consultation rooms. The works also included a full installation of mechanical and electrical services.
The Solution
Pacy & Wheatley Interiors were appointed as the Principal Contractor to complete this substantial fit out project over a 14-week duration. This was our third project successfully completed for Newmedica.
The project was completed on time and on budget and to an extremely high standard of quality and finish. Stan Hardwick – Head of Clinical Contracts Management and Business Development at Newmedica stated that Newcastle was the best Newmedica fit out completed to date.
