The Project
Pacy & Wheatley Interiors have completed the interior refurbishment project at the Wickes store in Shrewsbury. The works undertaken included a full strip out and refurbishment of the kitchen showroom, including new floors, walls and kitchen units. External works have also been completed, which comprised of the demolition of the existing canopy and full external decoration.
The Solution
Working with a new client and project management team, Pacy & Wheatley have successfully delivered their first project for Wickes and are looking forward to building a good working relationship.
The site team delivered the project while working in a live environment, carrying out the work to the showroom, back-of-house area and external works. Measures were put in place to ensure safe practices, including the area hoarded off for the new showroom, to create a safe working area.
As a Considerate Contractor, all plant and machinery used and site noise were kept to a minimum, with the assurance that any loud activities were properly planned and managed to ensure minimum disturbance to all.
