Warehouse Interior Fit-out, Bradford.

The Project

Pacy & Wheatley Interiors have recently completed an internal fit-out of an old, dilapidated warehouse industrial unit in Bradford. The works carried out on this project were extensive, with a new Roof required and a specialist clean of the existing floor, which was covered in Grease and Oil in places. Once these specialist works were completed, a full demolition of the existing offices took place, with both Water and Gas supplies needing to be terminated.

The main bulk of the works then commenced, including Floor painting, partition works, mezzanine floor installation, electrical upgrades including new lighting, Decoration both internally and externally, along with external repairs to the fabric of the building. A very challenging project is now fully completed and trading, and a big well done to the site team led ably by Paul Wake. This is the Fifth of these types of projects completed this year, with hopefully more to follow in the coming months.
