Project Description
We're pleased to be starting a new and exciting refurbishment project at a self-storage warehouse facility for one of our long-standing and highly respected clients.
The project involves the transformation of an existing office and warehouse support area to create a modern, functional workspace that will better support the client's operational requirements and future growth plans.
Over the course of the 10-week programme, our team will be delivering:
- Construction of new internal meeting rooms
- Installation of partition walls and associated joinery works
- Electrical modifications and upgraded services
- New flooring throughout the refurbished areas
- Internal decorations and finishing works
- Associated building works and final fit-out
What is crucial
Close coordination between our site management team, subcontractors and the client is ensuring that the project continues to move forward safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to ongoing site operations.
